- Ask for a live (client site) demo using real data and performing typical tasks.
- User Friendliness - How many minutes does it take to perform typical tasks? How many clicks does it take and how many screen do I have to open?
- Does the vendor have proven experience with international projects?
- Compare several ERP vendors and their packages in terms of quality criteria.
- And Last but not the least - Listen to your Gut-Feeling!
